Exchange and Return Conditions

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:

1. We accept your exchange order(s) within 14 days from the delivery date. You should follow the undermentioned steps closely for your exchange process to be successful.

2. Within the boundaries of TURKEY, you can send your item(s) without any fee via Aras Kargo, after completely filling the required spaces in the bottom section of the invoice you have received with the item(s). Other delivery companies are not included in free return system. The company code undermentioned should be shown to deliveryman while handing over your item(s) to delivery. When our company code is inserted to the system, our company info and address will be seen automatically.

3. All of the tags and info stickers of item(s) which will be exchanged should be intact. The product should be damaged while trying.

4. The item(s) should be completely undamaged, unused and should be resellable. The product(s) should be send in the same condition in the delivery date with the original package and invoice. Product packages should not be deformed with any ripped tapes or inscriptions. Otherwise, your cargo will not be accepted.

5. For hygienic reasons, products like swimsuits, socks and underwear clothes cannot be exchanged or returned.

6. The product(s) you have sent for exchange will be examined by our relevant department and they will be handed over to the delivery after necessary operations in 1 - 3 business days.

7. Exchanges without invoices will not be accepted.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

1. We accept your return order(s) within 14 days from the delivery date in accordance with the article of right of withdrawal of law of customers. You should follow the undermentioned steps closely for your return process to be successful.

2. Within the boundaries of TURKEY, you can send your item(s) without any fee via Aras Kargo, after completely filling the required spaces in the bottom section of the invoice you have received with the item(s). Other delivery companies are not included in free return system. The company code undermentioned should be shown to deliveryman while handing over your item(s) to delivery. When our company code is inserted to the system, our company info and address will be seen automatically.

After products you would like to return is received by exxeselection.com, if the item(s) are in accordance with return conditions, your refund will be issued to your credit card in 14 business days and you will be informed with the provision code via e-mail. The amount will affect your balance under your agreement with the bank. About the amounts which were not reflected on your receipt, you can contact your bank with your provision code. 

7. Returns without invoices will not be accepted.
