Delivery Conditions

1. The products you have purchased will be delivered to your address without any charge (excluding Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus). The shipment operations of the items purchased from exxeselection.com are fulfilled by MNG Kargo.
2. Within 1 - 3 business days after verification of the purchase, your order will be handed over to MNG Kargo to deliver your address.
3. After the delivery company received your item(s), MNG Kargo tracking number will be created and you will be informed with it via e-mail. You can track your order from the “Gönderi Sorgula” section of the website www.mngkargo.com.tr by using this number. Besides you will be informed via sms with the delivery office of MNG Kargo and the process. International deliveries have the same process with the shipment fee and different delivery company: B2C Direct
4. In the extraordinary situations like strike, lockout, natural disaster, rebellion, civil commotions, nuclear risk and danger, war, invasion, revolution, civil war, sabotage and fire; public holidays; and customer related problems (not being in the address, moving from the address etc.), delivery time and conditions may vary. Estimated delivery time is 1-4 business days (within TURKEY). The delivery company will deliver your cargo to the specified address within business days in 08:30 – 18:30.
5. If the parcel is crushed, deformed, wet or in any other state can harm your product, open the parcel with the deliveryman and check the condition of your products. If you detect a damage in the products, demand an official report from deliveryman. The products with the report will be delivered exxeselection.com via the delivery company and your exchange process will be completed.
